Oyster Tasting with Wine Pairings

On Wednesday 20 March, Boisdale will celebrate the diversity and quality of British seafood by hosting an oyster and wine tasting.
Guests will have an opportunity not only to indulge in mouth-watering oysters from British Isles but also compare and assess each mollusk based on appearance, texture, meat-to-shell ratio, flavour, and a balance of sweetness and saltiness and pair them with some of our delicious wines.
